Yeh that's right! You can get your CV appraised for absolutely free on our career advice discussions forums. Thanks to the CV experts on our forums who volunteer their time, you can have professionals look over your CV.
Step 1
You have to be a registered user on our discussion forums in order to have your CV appraised. When you post your CV (or link to it) it can be viewed by other members. Please note: We are not a recruitment agency and are not associated to any recruitment agencies - posting your CV will result in feedback and not job offers. We will never pass your CV on to anyone else (in fact we suggest you remove all your contact details).
Step 2 Post your CV on the forums. You do this by starting a new thread in the "CV Appraisal" forum and either:
1. Pasting a copy of your CV into the thread (please note: formatting will not be preserved if you do this, so we can only offer input on content).
2. Linking to your CV hosted on another website (many websites, such as www.geocities.com, offer free hosting).
Step 3 If you wish, you can rework your CV based on the feedback given. If so, then you can get further input based on your new version.
