Are social networking sites good for finding a job?

Hi guys,

I come across a new employment & Business network online. For Jobseekers you can upload a video cv in your profile, upload your cv, post on your own blog, talk live via live audio and chat rooms and more! I think it is a good concept as you can view all employers profiles and blogs and talk to them directly.

I signed up as it was free and I am getting my friends to sign up as there is great interaction with other users and you can look for jobs.

Overall I think if you want to just talk to friends then facebook etc. is good, but if you want to network because of business I think sites like this one and Linkedin are good! This site offers more than linkedin.
