Requirement Details

Role : System Engineer (Linux and windows)
Linux/Unix/Windows/BSD system administration,
Hosting control panels,
Mail Servers ( QMail, Exim, Posix)
Webservers ( Apache , IIS )
Security systems (Firewall, IPsec)

Batches : 2008 and 2009

Eligibility Criteria
================
B-Tech Degree – CS,IT and All Electronics branches
Cut off Percentage: Freshers (0-1yr exp)->Aggregate 65%(64.99 is invalid)
Experienced candidates (1+ years)->Aggregate 60%(59.99 is invalid)
*Teaching experience won’t be considered.
Should not have existing arrears
EXCELLENT written & oral communication skills
Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala
Willingness to work in shifts

Designation : Jr. Software Engineer (Technical)
Pay package : Starting from CTC 1.93 lakhs per annum + Medical Benefits

Service Conditions:

Probation Period for 6 months.
Service agreement for 6 months.

A days job requires you to learn a new internet system ( remote webservers ) and correct it if any issue is there and to create/tweak new systems to make it stable , secure and high performing ones. This requires engineers who have really good debugging and analytical skills.

To correct a system, you'll need to access the live server from remote locations. Considering that each server will have over 500 live websites which provides bread and butter for people in different parts of the world, this job requires Engineers who are responsible and possess the hunger to acquire more technical knowledge.
