Need CV advice

Hi All,

I am preparing my CV for UK job search and I have got some doubts.

In my previous job, I attended some internal trainings and right now I am some certification course, which will be finished by the end of December. Do I have to add them in my CV?

If yes, please tell me what will be the section heading.
