Default Starting up a 'market stall' (P/T) on JSA?

Hi there
I have just bought a 'market stall' and intend to pitch it up (once i apply for my yearly licence) selling DVD's (at £1-2 each). Because i don't drive, i can only do this one market that is a few houses down from where i live. If i did it, it would only amount to a 7 hour working week (at most)
Trouble is, i recieve Jobseekers allowance, Council Tax benefit, and housing benefits.

Would i have to declare working less than 16 hours per week, and if so would it affect such benefits. Is it worth going for?

Thanks for reading,
appreciate any help?
